Nagaraj and Company has always been a family owned business and this family has functioned truly as a team. With each of the stake holders bringing in unique skill sets, NCPL has managed to make the best of the individual talents. Here is a bit about each of the Directors.
Born and raised in Chennai, MSN completed his Diploma in Printing and then went to the Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart, Germany to specialize himself as a Print Technologist. For the last 40 years, Nagarajan has been at the forefront of technology and holds the unique record of not having missed a single Drupa event since 1972!
He is a passionate dog lover and is a real enthusiast when it comes to supporting the education of underprivileged children. He was also Chairman of the Open Defecation Free (ODF) project with the Rotary Club of Madras where he brought in a state of ODF in a village with 250 families. So it is safe to say he has plenty of experience dealing with crappy situations.
Affectionately called MS by his friends, he’s the youngest of the brothers at NCPL. He specialises in information and time sensitive projects and over 30 years of experience, has developed an expertise over the same. Ramakrishnan also has a knack for problem solving under pressure situations and constantly pushes himself to think outside the box for solutions, so much so that an entire generation of his nieces and nephews have playfully christened him ‘Different’ as he prides himself in doing things differently.
He loves idlies, and they are possibly his first and most favourite thing in the world. He is an active member of the Rotary and was the president of Rotary Club of Chennai East during the 101st year of the Rotary Foundation.

Prashanth joined the business as the third generation representative in 2005 and is constantly on the lookout for the newest technology that can be implemented in the print operations. He also extends his passion for fitness in wanting to keep his organization Lean. He has a thesis in Lean Manufacturing in the Printing Industry.
Prashanth is a certified scuba diver and is permitted to dive upto a depth of 50 feet. So now you know where he could possibly be hiding.

A man for every reason and season
Raju is a people-person who genuinely enjoys engaging with every single person he interacts with in the business lifecycle. He practices ‘people management’ at the highest level and with the exception of his wife, most people swear by his relationship skills.
Having raised three girls, Raju has always been the ‘under-represented minority’ in his house choosing instead to exert his influence in various social and professional causes in Chennai. An active member of the Lions Club, the Chartered Accounts Association and the Printers Association – he seldom misses an opportunity to lend a helping hand, listening ear or a strong shoulder for others to lean on.
